Class Description: From fish to veggies, blackening seasoning makes everything better. Learn the spices, techniques, and wonderful flavors of this Cajun culinary treasure.

Menu:

New Orleans Seared Scallops with Maque Choux; Cast Iron Fish with Cheese Grits and Rock Shrimp Remoulade; Pan Seared Ribeye Steak with Garlic Potatoes; Banana Fosters over Buttermilk Ice Cream.
